Tell us a little bit about yourself
My name is Stefanie, I’m 41 years old and live in Cologne, Germany. In my non-etsy life I’m responsible for the marketing at a local newspaper. So something completly different.
What do you sell on Etsy?
I sell jewelry. My favorite material is copper, sari ribbon and my own lampwork beads. I would say my stuff is vibrant, whimsical and I hope - fun.
How did you come to join Etsy?
When I started making jewelry I soon had to realize that the choices in Germany are more than limited. I surfed the net and stumbled upon etsy. The minute I discovered it I was hooked. And also like the idea to support individuals so I try to get all my supplies there. It’s so much more rewarding to buy stuff from people who are committed to their work. And I think everyone on etsy is committed.
What inspires you?
Everyday life. I think you can find art and inspiration everywhere.
